Pricing at Desktop Maple is informational. We do not take payments on this site. Every engagement is confirmed in writing after we understand platforms, partners, and trading constraints.

What moves a quote up or down
- Number of systems that create or mutate orders
- Need for custom middleware versus native connectors
- Multi-warehouse or multi-currency rules
- Compressed timelines against a peak trading freeze
- On-site days in Perth versus fully remote sessions
How billing works
- Scoping call (no fee for a standard 30-minute fit check)
- Written outline with fee, inclusions, and exclusions
- Deposit to reserve calendar space (see Refunds)
- Balance on delivery of agreed artefacts or on cutover completion
Packages we avoid inventing
We do not sell “Starter / Professional / Enterprise” tiers. If your work is smaller than a full integration engagement, we will recommend the Customisation Review or a short advisory block rather than stretch a flagship label.
