1. Acceptance
By browsing desktopmaple.click or engaging Desktop Maple Development Advisory (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.
2. Who we are

3. Informational site content
Fees, case notes, and service descriptions on this site are informational. They do not constitute an offer until confirmed in a written engagement outline. No payments are processed through this website.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and downloadable artefacts we produce under an engagement remain subject to copyright and, where stated in a statement of work, licensed for your internal business use. You may not republish our templates as a competing advisory product without written consent.
5. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate platform information, lawful access credentials, and timely approvals. You remain responsible for your storefront’s compliance with Australian Consumer Law, privacy obligations, and payment-provider rules.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from third-party platforms, carriers, or payment processors. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law).
7. No guarantee of commercial results
Consulting improves clarity and reduces known technical risk; it does not guarantee sales volume, search ranking, or uninterrupted uptime of third-party platforms.

Links to external platforms or image providers are not endorsements. Their terms apply separately.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes to active engagements will be communicated to the named client contact.
